1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- All return or damage claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery.
- A clear unboxing video showing the package opening and product condition is mandatory for all damage or defect-related claims.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags and accessories.
- We do not accept returns for items that are:
- Used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale.”
- Personal care items or hygiene-sensitive products.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our support team at funkykart.official@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Attach:
- The order ID
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- The full unboxing video showing the issue clearly
- Requests without an unboxing video or made after 24 hours will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Once verified, our team will share the return pickup or courier instructions.
3. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through your original method of payment.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
4. Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we can send a replacement instead of a refund once your claim and unboxing proof are verified. Replacements are subject to stock availability.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery under the above conditions.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time, first check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
